We strive to meet the approximate delivery date on your order, and although it is rare, due to some circumstances with custom built furniture, we may have to rescedule this date. If your order needs to be rescheduled, we will call you and explain the circumstances and reschedule your delivery for a time convenient for you.
You will get a call from customer service to schedule and confirm your delivery date 5 days prior to its completion.
Due to the special installation of custom built furniture, we are sorry that we cannot give you an exact time frame or a set time for your delivery. Our deliveries are from 8am to 8pm, Tuesday through Saturday.
We ask that you do not take the day off from work or miss important meetings. Our drivers will call you from the stop before yours can give you up to one hour to meet them, so providing phone numbers where you can be reached is beneficial to you and to us.
We ask that the area be cleared and ready for the setup of your new furniture. We are not allowed to move any furniture, televisions, computers, etc. If you will need help with your electronics, our salespeople can put you in touch with one of our partners.
In state delivery fees depend on distance from the factory and size of order.
Stone Creek does not use their own carriers to deliver out of state. Orders to be shipped to other states are “will call” at our factory locations. Shipping arrangements need to be setup by the customer. Consult your local blanket wrap furniture moving company like Mayflower or Allied.

10:30am – 1:00pm
1:30pm – 3:30pm
Please be sure, for all will calls, to bring blankets, straps, foam, tie downs to secure and protect your furniture. Stone Creek does not have these available.
Please call the factory one hour before coming so we can stage your order and be sure it is ready for you.
