Caution
To reduce the risk of burn during relamping, disconnect power to the unit by turning off the switch or unplugging at the unit before relamping. Allow lamp to cool before replacing the bulb. Replace only with 50 Watt, 120 Volt halogen bulb.
Do not touch the bulb with your bare hands
Oil from skin may damage the bulb. Using a soft, dry cloth or cotton gloves, remove the halogen bulb from the package. If the bulb touches bare skin, wipe the bulb clean with rubbing alcohol. Halogen bulbs operate at extremely high temperatures and pressures. They may shatter if not handled correctly.
Lens
Do not operate unit with a missing or damaged lens. When the light is in use, do not touch the hot lens or housing. Halogen bulbs get hot quickly. If lens is damaged, replace immediately.
