Q: I can’t seem to contact customer service by telephone, why is that?

Q: What date and time will my furniture be delivered?
A: When your furniture is scheduled for delivery, our customer service will call you and setup a time frame that is most convenient for you. You will have a choice between 2 available time frames. You may call between the times of 7:00 am to 3:30 pm on your scheduled delivery date and a customer service representative will verify this delivery time frame we have recorded. Q: Can you build to these dimensions?
A: Yes, of course. At Stone Creek, we can build to fit any size television and any size room. Just bring your dimensions into any showroom and you can begin working with a design engineer on your new custom furniture. Download our optional Room Planning Guide.
Q: Does Stone Creek Furniture have a catalog?
A: We currently use our website as a catalog. An online catalog allows us to make changes to products quickly and easily. If you are interested for pricing on our furniture, please refer to our Current Sales section of the website to see our print and television pricing.
Q: How long does my furniture take to build and ship?
A: From the point of sale, the length of time to build your furniture depends upon the size of the unit and the amount of work involved. Customer service will contact you and let you know of your scheduled delivery time frame. Click here for more info on shipping.
Q: Is there a sale currently in progress?
A: Please check our Advertising section of the website to see if there are any sales in progress. It can be accessed from our home page, click “Advertising” in the navigation.
Q: Where can I get more information on your electronics packages?

Q: How do I get to your showroom?
A: You can access our locations section of the website where you can find all the contact information and driving directions to each and every showroom.
Q: Does Stone Creek Furniture offer financing?
A: Yes, we do. We currently use Wells Fargo Financial Retail Services to finance any of the furniture that we sell. Please contact or visit a salesperson for more information.
Q: How long is my warranty and what does it cover?
A: Your warranty is good for 5 years and covers all manufacturer defects. For more information on our Care Kits and Warranties please visit our Help Information section. Warranty does not include trip fees.
